Communications Specialist

Plans, develops and implements messaging for promotion of product awareness, business plans and management communications. Partner with management, business units, or sales to leverage message. Develops, enhances or revises marketing collateral for web, print or other media channels. Participates in media placement decisions. May work with outside agencies to build and execute a media strategy. May function as editor for formal business communications. May design and implement measurements to analyze messaging program effectiveness and quantify revenue generated from executed programs. If primary responsibility is development of web content, match to Web Editor/Writer. If primary responsibility is development of internal employee communications, match to Employee Communications._

- Objetivo: Developing and implementing internal communication content that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.Actividades/responsabilidades:
- Produce clear and compelling content for the internal communications channel mix
- Provide Support for Communications Plans Related to Mexicali Department Initiatives
- Administrate the Communications Monitors System
- Administrate the Employee Suggestion System
- Support Corporate Internal Communications projects and initiatives
- Administrate the content calendar
