Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowedJob Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate internal and external communications to contribute to the achievement of site objectives and goals.Coordinate awareness campaigns to reinforce the Thermo Fisher culture and encourage positive behaviors within the organization.Develop advertising campaigns aligned with corporate requirements, highlighting employees of the remarkable benefits the company offers.Supervise the efficiency of internal communication through annual indicators such as the Employee Involvement Survey.Develop communication strategies for various media and initiatives, including social media administration and the design of advertising campaigns to promote the company's world-class image.Communicate community events and initiatives centered around employee well-being and quality of life.Develop and edit multimedia files (audio and video) for training initiatives and organizational development, using internal media such as boards, screens, and audio systems.Requirements:Proven experience in a Communications or PR role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to determine and successfully implement effective communication strategies.Effective coordination and meticulousness.Proficiency in multimedia production and editing tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Dedication to encouraging an inclusive and diverse workplace.
