As a Community Association Manager (CAM), you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Oversee all matters related to the function of property within a community, i.e., maintenance and security of the community.
- Oversee Association Staff and Vendors
- Supervise construction projects and large-scale maintenance functions
- Perform direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents in executing the established policies and conveying resident grievances.
- Supervise Elections and other procedural tasks on behalf of the HOA
- Attend Board of Directors meetings and record detailed notes.
- Review periodic financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted.
- Prepare Board or Owner packets according to established time frames.
- Prepare the association's weekly agenda. Handle maintenance emergencies.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Mexico time).
Daylight saving: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mexico time).

**Requirements**:
- BA in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- At least two years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, Project Manager, or similar position.
- Ability to read association rules, documents, and system criteria.
