Our state-of-the-art AI tool generates the best highlight moments from your Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook streams/VOD's and transforms them into TikTok gold in under 60 seconds.

**We are looking for a motivated individual to assist and support Eklipse streamers with questions, concerns, or issues related to our product in the Spanish Region.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed records of user interactions.
- Recommended promotions or deals to Spanish-speaking users and provide.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure users receive accurate information and support, including Developer team.
- Acknowledge users on how to troubleshoot when they find any bugs and submit the report to Asana.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Help with localization of content into Spanish language.

**Requirements**:

- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Gamer, and can empathize with gamers.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-cultural team environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, GPA> 3.
