Your mission is to connect, engage, and protect our online reputation through creativity, responsiveness, and strategic interaction.What You'll DoAudience Engagement: Build meaningful connections with our audience by responding to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.Content Management: Oversee and implement the editorial calendar the Social Media Specialist created, ensuring all scheduled posts are published on time and perform as expected across platforms.Analytics & Insights: Monitor and report on community metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and trends to leverage.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Customer Service) to maintain consistency and amplify brand messaging.Community Growth: Develop strategies to attract, retain, and grow our online community while keeping engagement at the core of every effort.Crisis Management: Support the resolution of sensitive situations by providing timely, thoughtful responses that align with brand values while collaborating closely with the appropriate teams.What You'll Need to Succeed:Proven experience in social media marketing.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Expertise in creating content, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights effectively.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.Experience in the tourism or travel clubs industry is a plus.Residency in Cancún, as this is a 100% on-site position.We're more than a workplace — we're a community!
