**Resort Global Network**, an international company with more than 10 years as a leader in the sale of vacation packages is looking for a proactive
Strategies include: Planning, Execution, and Analysis of daily content to feed the different social media platforms, in addition to Moderating and Responding to user-generated content.
Her/His tasks also include research and implementation of special projects for social media.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
- Moderate all user-generated content for each platform
- Create editorial calendars and schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- LeadGen - Supervision of paid campaigns and follow-up with the sales department.
- Video, and photography of internal activities in the office
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English
- Proven work experience in social media marketing
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Experience in the tourism/travel clubs industry desirable
- Experience working in MKT Agencies or handling more than one account is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Must live in Cancún Area
