The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.Responsibilities and Duties- Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise- Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions- Help customers with their warranty, replacement or return claims needs and report them.- Processing orders- Quoting orders**Education & Experience Requirements**:- 1-2 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Empathy- Adaptability- Clear Communication Skills- Patience- Problem solving skills.**Salary**: $19,500.00 - $20,000.00 per monthEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- dos: 1 año (Deseable)Work Location: In person
