Selling GBS Coordinator supports the coordination of a world class GBS Selling budget control, coordinating closure analysis, monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan across LatAm region by country.
Support in analysis of risks and opportunities.
Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies.
Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through customer service mindset..
**Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the bottom up Selling AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to GBS leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights
- Providing Move reliable and timely information for precise decision making
- Develop an understanding of different OUs Selling financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner
- Coordinate with controllership monthly closure analysis identifying risks and opportunities
- Support in the planning, implementation and development the LATAM GBS selling operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations.
Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Minimum 1 years in Finance organization
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preffered
- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Blend of control and planning finance
- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
