Company Cars Iepc Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles- Develop and maintain a vehicle inspection program- Monitor and maintain all vehicle registrations and licenses- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe use of company vehicles- Communicate status of vehicles with pending maintenance and repairs- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs- Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings- Manage fuel and maintenance budgets- Perform other related duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair best practices- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Enthusiasm to learn- SharePoint (preferred)- Experience at working with senior and executive management- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Microsoft OfficeFord Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability
