**What is required**:

- Bachelor's Degree Required / Masters desired
- Proficiency in ATS
- Advanced English
- In depth knowledge of the market and professional sourcing methods
- Proficient knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations and Labor Laws
- Business acumen skills
- Highly proficient in Communication, Organizational skills, flexibility, meet deadlines, empathy and emotional intelligence.
