Company Vehicle Operation Coordinator Ramos Arizpe

Responsible for oversight of the Ramos Company Vehicle Operations, this includes the vehicle assignment, plating, maintenance, pool vehicles, in-service tracking, and disposal. This position will interface with key stakeholders and monitor and maintain vehicle inventory according to company initiatives and established metrics and policy.**Responsibilities**:- Administrate allthe Ramos Arizpe assigned, unassigned and supplementary vehicles- Perform theE2E process for internal sales to employees and dealer auctions- Administer process for plating- Provide customer support for employees- Deliver corporate cards to employees and to the other GMM locations- Administrate anti-laundering and REPUVE reports for Ramos Arizpe sales- Administrate invoices for PDI and Maintenance and manage dealer relationships- Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory levels- Ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs**Skills**:- Very high level of analytical and problems solving- High level of administrative and organizational skills- Ability to incorporate technology into business processes effectively- Ability to manage third parties- Proactively finds solutions and solves problems in the daily operation**Education/Knowledge/Experience**:- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting)- Advanced English preferred- Experience with Company Vehicle Operations programs, policies, and procedures- Experience with eCVMS (Company Vehicle Management System), SAP, logistic system, and GM Purchasing processes**About GM**Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.**Why Join Us**We aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
