**Responsibilities**:
Advice HR teams on how to conduct job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications methodology and review job evaluations.
Provides counsel and guidance to HR staff on total reward -related questions and issues
Supports the HR team developing ad hoc total reward analyses.
Provides support for the administration of total reward programs, including market pricing, maintenance of compensation-related structures, salary bands, benefits administration
Together with the learning team, prepare effective training materials to ensure appropriation of total reward principles by the HR teams, the hierarchical managers and the employees.
Prepare effective communication on the various total reward programs.
Participates actively to initiatives and projects to improve total reward management.
Provides support for the administration of compensation and benefits tools and databases to ensure high level of data quality and accuracy
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, statistics, or related area or the equivalent in related work experience
5 years prior experience in Compensation and Rewards activities
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Exposure to an international environment
Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
