#StrongerTogether- The Compensation Analyst will provide support for operational and strategic compensation topics.
Core responsibilities will include job analysis and compensation studies, managing various compensation programs and projects, preparing and extending job offers and consulting all levels of the organization regarding compensation topics.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Analyze internal and external compensation data.
Prepare analysis, data modeling, costing, and recommendations in support of compensation projects and programs.- Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and partner with business leaders, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on compensation related matters such as job offers, promotions, and internal transfers.- Administer career band structures and associated salary grade structures.- Complete job evaluations using the HAY methodology and conduct market compensation studies.- Participate in the annual salary review planning process, including system testing, managing timelines, auditing data, creating draft communications, delivering training, supporting compensation planning system, etc.- Administer various company incentive (bonus) programs.- Lead compensation-related projects such as design, revisions or updates of compensation policies, procedures and guidelines.- Participate in national and local compensation surveys and perform analysis to determine internal equity and market competitiveness.
Make recommendations based on results.- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key partners in human resources, legal, finance, accounting and leadership.- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies and procedures are administered consistently and compliantly.- Take part in compensation and cross-functional human resources projects as needed.- All other duties and projects as assigned.Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent related experience- Requires a minimum of 2 years previous or related experience.- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish).
Ability to maintain a bilingual business conversation and interaction with internal and external users.- Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees, including Human Resources colleagues and senior level management and/or executives
