- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Organization charts.
- Job descriptions.
- Analysis of organizational structure.
- Compensation.
- Management of salary surveys.
- Salary and benefit analysis.
- Preparation of economic proposals.
- Valuation of different possitions.
- Knowledge of variable compensation calculation.
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor's Degree on Public Accountant, Business Administration or related.
- Fluently English.
- 2+ years in similar position.
- High skills in microsoft excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Teamwork.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
