**JOB TITLE**:Compensation Analyst (Global)**JOB SUMMARY**The Global Compensation Analyst provides operational support in the administration of Global Compensation programs for Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies to attract, motivate, develop, reward, and retain of key talent.
This role encourages a constructive dialogue amongst Global Human Resources and other business functions in the alignment of global compensation programs with business objectives, as well as to support the implementation, administration and management of concentrated tools and processes.This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, analysis, and administration of global compensation programs, policies, and procedures; working closely with Human Resources staff on determining classifications and pay levels for positions; ensures country/state/local, collective bargaining and work council regulatory laws and rule compliance, internal equity and external competitiveness; participating in key compensation cycles, studies, and projects; creates reports and maintains data to monitor global compensation activity; and participates in various global salary surveys and other data exchanges to support compensation analyses.
In addition, the role uses a knowledge of compensation theory and practice and will provide analytical support in broader areas of Total Rewards.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation structures for all countries.- Provides support and administration of global compensation programs, including annual compensation program review; annual salary review process; benchmarking of roles; maintaining and updating position descriptions.- Create and modify salary structures and guidelines.- Prepare total compensation recommendations
