This role will support key projects which ensure Arrow compensation programs are compliant with global regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.**What will you be doing**:The Sr. Compensation Analyst will support the following projects by completing external market research, collecting and analyzing a variety of global compensation data, working with external vendors and internal regional HR/Payroll/Comp & Benefits teams to create draft material for required regulatory disclosures, and providing supporting data to audit on all projects. May participate in and analyze the results of relevant global compensation survey data.- Global Adequate Wage Analysis- Global Minimum Wage Analysis- Social Protection Program Disclosure Project- CSRD Disclosure Requirements**What are we looking for?**- Requires a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.- 5 years prior compensation experience including progressively more complex compensation assignments.- Advanced understanding of Compensation principles, practices and trends.- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member. Experience interfacing with multiple levels of management.- Ability to work autonomously. Ability to assess situations, understand compensation implications and form a proposal to address issues. Ability to understand problems, get to the root cause and propose realistic solutions within company/HR policy and practice framework.- Some experience independently managing projects is ideal, including collaborating across functions and within project teams, and designing project plans to appropriately meet deadlines and objectives
