This role will support key projects which ensure Arrow compensation programs are compliant with global regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.What will you be doing:Completing external market research and collecting and analyzing a variety of global compensation data.Working with external vendors and internal regional HR/Payroll/Comp & Benefits teams to create draft material for required regulatory disclosures.Providing supporting data to audit on all projects.Participating in and analyzing the results of relevant global compensation survey data.Global Adequate Wage AnalysisGlobal Minimum Wage AnalysisSocial Protection Program Disclosure ProjectCSRD Disclosure RequirementsWhat are we looking for?Requires a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.5 years prior compensation experience including progressively more complex compensation assignments.Advanced understanding of Compensation principles, practices, and trends.Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and interface with multiple levels of management.Ability to work autonomously and assess situations, understand compensation implications, and propose solutions.Some experience independently managing projects, including collaborating across functions and within project teams.Comfortable managing highly sensitive and confidential human resources and compensation information.Must demonstrate excellent analytical, collaboration, organization, and coordinating skills; customer orientation; commitment to quality; achievement orientation; and business insight.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.Proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.).Proficiency in English.
