You will work under the direction of the Compensation and Benefits Managers. You will also be responsible for supporting continuous improvement of compensation and benefits program and assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs globally. You will help to evaluate Micron's reward competitiveness and alignment to the company's business strategy and culture. You will partner, collaborate and consult with key customers and HR stakeholders globally
