This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing the overall compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures we attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and managing comprehensive C&B programs, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Role ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits strategies and programs that support the company's business goals and talent acquisition and retention efforts.Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, familiar with union-related requirements in the C&B area.Provide guidance and advice on C&B matters to senior management and other stakeholders.Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field of C&B, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.Conducting regular market surveys and analysis to ensure our C&B offerings remain competitive within the industry.Leading annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes, ensuring they are aligned with performance management principles and company guidelines.Overseeing the design and administration of employee benefit plans, including insurance and other welfare programs.Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and line managers on job evaluations, grading, and salary structures.Managing the C&B budget, forecasting, and reporting, providing insights into cost implications and financial impact of proposed initiatives.Leading and developing a high-performing C&B team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
