**What You'll Be Doing**:- Compensation Administration: Support the management and administration of compensation programs in the Americas region.
Oversee escalated employee compensation issues via Arrow's HR support tool.
Assist in administrating the annual merit process, Arrow's Global Career Framework, and other compensation projects.- Benefits Administration: Serve as primary backup for LATAM benefits administration when necessary.
Manage all aspects of assigned US and Canada leave of absence cases, including partnering with internal and outsourced partners for all leaves (e.G., FMLA, State, Medical, Personal, Military) to ensure consistency and compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.- Compensation Consultation: Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, and internal departments on compensation-related matters.- Market Analysis: Partner with Compensation Manager to evaluate external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of Arrow's salary structures, incentive programs, and other pay practices.
Review external survey job matches and recommend updates as necessary.
Prepare special studies and recommendations on all compensation-related programs and plans.- Survey Management: Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position.
Participate in domestic and international third-party compensation surveys.- Invoice Processing: Process benefits and compensation invoices for payment
