Compensation, Benefits & Hris Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:Analysis of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic planEnsure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional marketIdentify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employeesRenew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needsEvaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programsTrack compensation and benefits benchmarking dataKeep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plansUpdate human resources information systems, including system modules – Compensation, Benefits, Open Enrollment, Life Events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reportingREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related, Master's degree preferred.5+ years in HRIS management2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administrationAutomotive industry or related industry a plusWorking understanding of talent management systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
