**Objective**There are several critical process doing by this position shared with the immediate supervisor.
Most of them are cost related (Payroll Budget, Job Offers, Salary Calculations, Salary Cost tracking for the regions, among others**Main Responsibilities**- Performed Job Positions' evaluation for the Global Staff according to Mercer methodology and support Regions/Sites- Lead Global Staff's payroll and other sites budget according with current and open positions, including salary, cost, and intercompany invoices.- Lead the Annual Performance bonus process (calibration stage) with Comp&Ben responsible for each region.
Consolidate and calculate the bonus, execute the payment and support communication for all regions.
Partner with Finance- Lead Global Staff Annual Increase process delivering quality and execution in time, according budget and executive Board approved guidelines and support regions in the process.- Manage International Mobility process (relocation, immigration, taxes, etc.)
for intercompany transfers for a temporary o permanent basis, act as liaison between HRs and employee where relocation assistance is required.
Partner with third party agencies to advise employees on international tax legislation and tax equalization queries, relocation services and immigration.- Validate and support Lump Sum Bonus for Global Staff expatriates according to policy, including reconciliation and payment of allowances.- Support in elaborating Expat proposals.- Generate and share International Mobility indicators with Regions/Sites to calculate their expats bonus and give continue support to HRs and employees in international assignment.- Lead and define and design of a dashboard of C & B / HR to deliver key managers, Directors and VP's for making decisions (Tableau)- Define process, create, and update policies based on Local/Region/Global trends and best practices, according to specialized consulting benchmarks or efficiency- Lead and support Region/Sites with the elaboration of Pay range and/or competitiveness validation according to local market practice.- Lead and ensure compliance Global HR Budget each year to keep expenses in target.- Partner with Finance Department to align reporting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data reported for the elaboration of dashboard of expenses.
**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Administration.- Experience Required: MS Office / Excel advanced skills, Mercer or other Valuation, Methodology Analytical SkillsDesirable: Manage a Business Intelligence Tool- Skills: Assertiveness and Courage, Influence and Persuasion, Global Perspective, People Development, Strategic Vision- Languages English as a second Language is a must.Experience Required to 3 years in the Compensation Department (Desirable)- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built
