**General Objective**: Responsible for payroll preparation and execution every 15 days. Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including identifying employee needs, sourcing insurance benefits, and troubleshooting issues with employees.
**Main Functions**
- **MX Payroll**
- Prepare and document biweekly payroll adjustments in the Payroll Roster.
- Document, verify, and submit payroll adjustments to the payroll provider for accurate payroll totals and tax calculations.
- Track and control of employee payroll receipts.
- Request settlements (finiquitos) or extraordinary payments.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries.
- **MX Benefits**
- Participate in the set up of payroll and benefits for New Hires.
- Oversee the registration and cancellation processes for Major Medical Insurance, ensuring all updates are accurately documented in the database.
- Promote company benefits through campaigns and training.
- Develop and update benefits policies.
- Search and/or update benefits to be competitive in the labor market.
- Oversee the registration, management, updates, and cancellation processes for the Caja de Ahorro.
- Conduct analysis, maintain records, and ensure follow-up for Pacada loans.
- Handle the registration, management, and placement exam for English Classes.
- Create monthly reports on attendance and grades for English classes.
- **US Benefits**
- Confirm enrollment in the Ease platform.
- Enter employee deductions in Bamboo.
- Send required reports every payroll.
- Coordinate annual Open Enrollment sessions and follow up until completion.
- Field employee questions and requests.
- Direct escalation questions and/or requests to benefits brokers.
- Coordinate benefit enrollments and terminations due to life-qualifying events.
- Enter Medical, Family, and PTO leaves in ADP and Bamboo.
- Review COBRA reports and follow up on COBRA requests when needed.
- Coordinate and implement new benefits when required.
- **Other Responsibilities**
- Manage physical and digital employee files.
- Manage personnel status changes.
- Provide employment verification letters.
- Maintain payroll and benefit data spreadsheets.
- Prepare and store termination and resignation documents.
