Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**JOB SUMMARY****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Supervise the correct execution of benefits projects.- Conducting benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries.- Create business case to recommend benefits programs to management by researching employee requirements, trends, market prevalence and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.- Supports management's decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.- Informs stakeholder of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members regarding benefits projects.- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
