Compensation Benefits Supervisor

The Benefits & Compensation Specialist will assist the Human Resources department with administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Engineering (Any option).
2 years of experience in the Human Resources area.
In interpretation and analysis of Salary Surveys (Preferably).
Preparation and updating of Salary Structures.
(preferably).
Bilingual English - Spanish.
Analytical capacity.
Numerical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Management of computer programs.
Provide confidential salary information internally to management and externally for survey purposes.
Assign salaries for new hires based on the Compensation Policy and available market information.
