Compensation ManagerPosition SummaryPlans, organizes and directs compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures for the Mexico business unit. Administers base and variable compensation plans, incentive plans, job evaluations, major medical insurance, life insurance, disability and subsidy programs. Responsible for all compensation and benefits research, analysis and benchmarking. Functions as the liasion with the US Compensation Dept. to ensure competitive market position, cost effectiveness and timely administration of compensation and benefits programs and services. Responsible for all aspects of the RPM process.Position Responsibilities:- Researches, analyzes and benchmarks prevailing market practices used by other companies and similar organizations. Makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits plans to comply with legal requirements, ensure market competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate AutoZoners.- Manages and administers all benefits plans, including major medical insurance, life insurance, food vouchers, tuition reimbursement and savings fund loans.- Manages and administers all vairable and incentive compensation programs, including calculations, management approvals, timely payment, tracking and reporting. Partners with US Compensation Dept. for the evaluation, design and implementation of all variable and incentive compensation plans.- Responsible for reporting and analysis of costs and trends related to all benefits plans. Responsible for all reporting and analysis of Human Resources KPI's and all organizational charts. Functions as the liasion with US HRIS Dept. and external vendor for all Mexico HRIS administration, maintenance and projects.- Manages the RPM, merit and exception increase processes. Responsible for timely and accurate administration, calculations, management approvals and entry of data to the HR/Payroll system.- Administers the job evaluation process including, job description development, systemic entry and the accuracy of job and salary information. Serves as a partner/consultant to support the US Compensation Dept. in evaluation, analysis and grading of all jobs in the Mexico business unit.Position Requirements:- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of Study:Human Resource Management, Business- Years of Experience:Five to seven years.- Type of Experience:Development and administration of compensation, variable compensation and benefits plans in an organization of 7,000+ employees.
