Compensation Operations Expert

Descripción General:**Responsabilidades**:- Lead regions in the management of global merit and bonus annual planning processes- Manage global reward and recognition programPartner with HRIS team to maintain, enhance and develop compensation system processes, job architecture, reports and dashboards- Maintain compensation structures, job architecture, pay structures, titles, job codes in HRIS system- Participate on small, midsized and/or large projects with significant visibility within the organization- Develop & maintain global compensation process documentation, quick reference guides and program documentationAssist regional compensation team on salary survey administration and annual compensation analysis- Partner with regional compensation lead and the business on sales incentive plan design & administrationCompetencias:- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university- Minimum of 5 years of compensation operations experience- Minimum of 3 years of in depth experience working with HRIS systems- In depth knowledge of human resources practices and policies- Solid initiative and the ability to achieve goals independently as individual contributor- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Organize, manage, and track multiple tasks and assignments with varying schedules- Think logically to analyze and solve issues, and sense when escalation is appropriate- Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion- Utilize intermediate excel formulas/functions
