Compensation Specialist

Job TitleCompensation Specialist.Position PurposeDevelops compensation procedures such as Bonus Calculation, Job Codes Assignments.
Participates in developing reports from employees database for all Mexico operations.
Analyze and audit Mexico payroll to continuosly evaluate internal equity.
Participates in fullfill external surveys as a tools for external equity.Primary Accountabilities- Design interfases to gather information from payroll systems to HR Data Warehouse.
Improve DW databases structures through views and queries as needed for several requirements from the HR Team.- Design visualization solutions, such as Dashboards and Reports, to facilitate decision making and improve HR processes.- Analyze and interpret statistical HR information to find trends and create report seeking to track HR KPIs.
Present findings and insights to HR staff.- Automate reporting.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Actuary, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, EconomyYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Compensation, Report automation, Dashboards, Data AnalysisSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Ability to analize and process information on databases, advanced Excel skills.Other/Preferred: Tableau, PowerBI, Python
