This role is responsible for data analysis, reporting and documentation of strategic initiatives that improve the operational execution of global reward programs as well as improve the experience of clients as they engage with these reward programs. This role is tasked with developing an understanding of the client group to support the broad portfolio of new and existing reward programs including focal point, bonus team assignment, salary planning strategy, campus rate strategy, external offer compliance, global pay equity, quarterly bonus and special projects. In addition, this role will lead the intake and demand documentation for the North American Professional Compensation group. This requires the role to collect requirements, understand scope and prioritize demands. Client surveying to identify areas of opportunity and to measure transformation.Your ImpactAs Compensations and Benefits Specialist, your responsibilities would consist of:Work intake, demand, planning.Policy documentation and maintenance.Sales effectiveness reporting.External offer dashboard development and compliance.Client surveying.Special projects.Client capability material development and delivery.Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, mathematics, or related discipline.ExperienceEnglish language fluency is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource role.Understanding of compensation survey data and bench-marking methodology.Demonstrated experience building client relationships using interpersonal and collaborative skills with internal client groups required.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should be an advanced user with experience linking multiple worksheets and external databases, using pivot tables, and writing nested functions
