The Competency and Auditor Support Administrator will work closely with the Competency and Auditor Support Lead to manage the contracting, onboarding, and competency tracking processes for auditor qualifications within Business Assurance. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency with digital file management systems.This position is based in our DNV office in Mexico City, Mexico and offers a dynamic hybrid work schedule, with employees typically spending three (3) days per week at a DNV office or client location. Further details on specific role requirements will be provided during the interview.What You'll DoManage the contract process for contingent worker auditors by implementing standardized legal templates.Register contingent workers in SynergiLife system.Maintain auditor qualifications in eComp, including:Entering initial qualification documents.Assigning auditor status for approval.Assigning and tracking competency exams.Keeping records of witness audit assessments.Updating auditor industry code approvals.Support the Competency and Auditor Support Lead by providing onboarding status updates for new auditors.Assist the Customer Service Team with planning and scheduling of witness audits.Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with relevant team members.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.What is RequiredPost-secondary degree preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in digital file management systems.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with SynergiLife and eComp platforms is a plus.Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
