As Senior Completion and Production Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the organization achieve business objectives. You will contribute to the realization of an operational plan for department activities.
As a part of the advisory team, you will be responsible for:
- Work extensively with internal and external clients to lead the development of and implement its engagement strategies and development plans.
- Responsible for providing functional matter expertise and develop new workflow for screening technologies transform ideas into tangible solutions while performing models and tasks, in complex reservoirs and assets in the region guided by a shared commitment to deliver innovation with quality
- Responsible for supporting the business to achieve its outcomes through the provision of targeted information, specific analysis and detailed recommendations.
- Owning the sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis and allocation of resources and territory.
- Handling diverse clients within region following frameworks for processes and negotiating around client specific technical conditions.
- Stablish costumer relationships that allow the company to growth its market share in the country.
- Participation on integration of information for multi-skill projects.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work individually as well as within an integrated team environment. Conduct reservoir and production engineering evaluations on selected properties to evaluate their potential, predict well performance, diagnosis future reservoir depletion utilizing well and reservoir modeling. Such evaluations may include pressure and rate transient analysis, decline curve analysis, nodal analysis, material balance calculations, integrating data available from all disciplines to perform well and reservoir modeling.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have related educational background in petroleum engineering.
- More than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in production and well performance, great interfacing, and coordination with Reservoir, Well, Surface Engineering and Production Operations throughout the complete lifecycle of wells and fields.
- Expert in modelling and optimizing well inflow and outflow performance, conceptual well and completion design, design of well/reservoir interface, sand control technics, lower and upper completion selection.
- Experience in feasibility analysis for artificial lift systems, Well Integrity analysis and flow assurance and well surveillance experience, domain process from sand face to the surface choke.
- Understanding how to optimize production from their existing wells and the impact of completion/well intervention decisions on production performance over the life of the well.
- Productivity assessment and technical sales and support new product technologies in sand Control technics, hydraulic fracturing, and stimulation treatments artificial lift
- Technical skills in nodal analysis., formation damage analysis, reservoir engineering, well testing, wellbore Integrity, production Logs interpretations, water management.
- Have previous Operations and Sales experience within a relevant environment.
- Oil and Gas Production Optimization.
- Able to fluently speak and write in Advanced English.
