**Compliance Administrator**Bay Property Management Group, LLC is seeking for a **Compliance Administrator.** The fundamental duties of the Compliance Administrator are to monitor the company's compliance and program regulations. Perform a full range of resident file reviews and regulatory reporting. Work is performed according to generally accepted standards and within policies included in state and federal law and administrative regulations.**About the Company**Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is one of the fastest growing and highly reviewed property management companies in the Mid-Atlantic. Come join our team and understand why a career in property management is right for you.**What You Do All Day**- Reviews new applicant files and recertification packages for regulatory eligibility- Monitors continuing program compliance for properties- Reviews occupancy summaries and unit status reports- Prepares upcoming recertification summary- Reports audit findings to Regional Managers and assists management with recommendations to develop appropriate action plans to address identified risks.- Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of all regulatory required reports.- Updates audit status report routinely and compiling, organizing and reviewing documentation as needed- Ensures sensitive data is secure and managed appropriately within the compliance department and throughout the organization.- Demonstrates high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretion.- Performs other tasks as required when directed by Company managem**ent.****Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Strong organizational skills- Must be able to multi-task- Articulate communication- Excellent written communication skills- Diligent follow-up- Time Management- Independent critical thinking skills- Accuracy and strong attention to details- Intermediate to advanced computer skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Excel- Ability to use our internet-based property management software- Property Management and or Real Estate experience is a plus.- Accounting experience is also a plus.Pay: $180.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- How many years of Property Management experience do you have?- Is your spoken and written English at excellent professional level?- Is your resume submitted in English?
