Oversee Import and Export processes and help ensure regulatory compliance in International Trade.
**ESSENTIAL**FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities that are highly specialized, require a lot of time, have a limited number of people to perform tasks and/or the position exists mainly to perform the function)**:
- Annex 24 maintenance and ensure the Data Integrity according to the Legal Compliance.
- Execute the Backflush Process.
- Open Balance Analysis and Inventory Reconciliation Process.
- Execute Action items for risk mitigation.
- Keep updating the Compliance KPI's.
- Administer and execute the Scrap process.
- Ensure compliance with VAT obligations.
- Administer IMMEX of Services Process.
- Control of IMMEX extension of Sensible Goods.
- Prosec Administration.
- USMCA Supplier Solicitation.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes.
**ADDITIONAL FEATURES**:

**SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- none
**ESSENTIAL EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, International commerce, international business, administration with imports or international studies.
- ENGLISH EXPERT
**ESSENTIAL TRAINING/SPECIAL SKILLS**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of import and export operation processes and laws.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Internal control.
- Attention to detail.
- Customs law.
- USMCA, RCGMCE, Annex 22, Annex 24, Annex 30, VUCEM
- Scheme of operations and obligations for compliance.
- ERP, Excell, etc.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**:
- More than 5 years of experience in this area.
**BENEFICIAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Understanding quality system standards.
