Responsabilities:O Works directly with the Compliance Dept and Finance to research validity of deductions.- Deduction types are: Vendor Violations, Pricing, Returns, Shortages, Freight Out, and Distribution Processes- Analyzes claim receipts and provides solutions for the issues generating the claims- Shipping Label Configuration- Audit all customers current label configurations to the routing guides; as well as maintain configuration with weekly/monthly account routing guide changes.- Partner with Bar Code Graphics for top customers' verification.- Develop a central location for all routing guide communication internally.- Assists the Compliance Manager with deduction tracking and reporting.- Create and communicate multiple reports weekly to the management staff on compliance trends and current deduction accruals.- Research business and customer expectations for specific departments and develop solutions that can be presented for process enhancements.- Work with the internal IT departments for system changes needed, testing, and development.O _ _Analyzing Business Channel Process ChangesoResearch business and customer expectations for specific departments and develop solutions that can be presented for process enhancements.OWork with the internal IT departments for system changes needed, testing, and development.Experience and Requirements:- Bachelor´s Degree.- High level knowledge in Excel.- Experience in compliance, supply chain, logistics or distribution.- Must be a self-starter who is extremely detail oriented, organized, focused, can multi-task and can work well with a team.- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English) - (Must)- SAP Knowledge.- Returns /RMA.- Procurement, Buying, and/or Planning- Finance experience in Accounts Receivables/Payables (with Deductions is even better)- Vendor relations experience- Wholesale Customer Service experienceEmployment direct with company, this position is to work in Tijuana Baja California, on site Parque Industrial Los Pinos.
