**About the Role**:
A high-energy team member with attention to detail who is excited to take on a brand new role at a budding start-up. This role will be the first point of contact for STR regulatory research and will manage any regulatory compliance items from beginning to end to ensure we're compliant with jurisdictional requirements.

**What you will do**:

- Preliminary rental requirements research in each jurisdiction we enter
- Call city and county offices when required to gain additional information
- Ensure our listings are showing the proper minimum length of stay

**What You Need**:

- 1+ years' experience desired
- Short term rental or real estate experience preferred
- Resourcefulness: this is a new role where the requirements are different in each jurisdiction, so there will be a lot of "figuring out" to do!
- Excellent verbal and written English

**What We Offer**:

- Salary $16,500 MXN Gross monthly
