**Title**: Compliance Analyst - Remoto
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey
**Function**: Administrative / Clerical
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Ensures activities and procedures in Trade Compliance for USA regulations, assists with Customs operational activities & implement process improvements.
- Interprets internal and external policies and regulations to determine the impact on the enterprise and communicate to the appropriate parties where necessary the direction or process to be followed.
- Coordinates with local custom offices customs issues of the daily processes.
- Manages all customs audits in USA and represents John Deere with customs and statistical authorities.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Understand Deere Customs operation flows.
- US customs import & export restrictions.
- US Customs duty information.
- Experience or knowledge in foreign trade audits.
- Free Trade Zones and Free Trade Agreements knowledge.
- Proficient in English language.
