**Role and Responsibilities**:- Supervise a group of professional (exempt) individual contributors or hourly/non-exempt staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction.- Lead compliance and risk management projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are clearly defined and met within established timelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance and risk-related issues and develop effective solutions.- Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, recommending changes as needed.- Review and approve work conducted by team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company against potential threats.- Report on project progress and provide updates to management on a quarterly basis.- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.**Required Qualifications and Education**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Business, Finance, Legal, Risk Management) or equivalent experience.- Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.- Clear and concise English verbal and written communication skills**Required Experience**:- 2+ years' work experience in NERC Compliance**Preferred Experience**:- Prior experience in implementing risk management frameworks and systems.- Track record of successfully managing and executing compliance projects.- 3+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program.- Work for a U.S based company is highly preferred.**Specialized or Technical Knowledge, Licenses, or Certifications (preferred)**:- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred.- Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirableTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $54,078.00 - $90,131.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
