Responsibilities may include compliance reporting, healthcare professional contracting, donations, commercial sponsorships, and educational funding to comply with legal, local, regional, and global requirements. They manage monitoring activities, deployment of compliance training, and transparency auditing. Additionally, they oversee compliance systems, including the design, implementation, and management of processes to ensure adherence while minimizing impacts on productivity to assure sustainable results.The Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that pharmaceutical companies operate safely and ethically. It is a challenging but rewarding job that offers the opportunity to have a real impact on the health and safety of patients.The OpportunitySupports and coordinates a Compliance program and function in the assigned affiliate within the assigned division, including planning, coordinating, and organizing compliance operations.Responsible for supporting strategies and tactics for systems and processes related to healthcare and privacy compliance, ethics, and related compliance areas.Conducts risk-based monitoring activities according to established programs and procedures, and ensures timely and accurate data analysis to identify trends or patterns of complaints.Manages compliance systems, including design, implementation, and management of processes to ensure adherence, while minimizing impacts to productivity to assure sustainable results.Coordinates and manages deployment of compliance training and collaborates with legal and other partners/stakeholders in the development of compliance training.Manages compliance and transparency auditing and self-reporting before the Council of Ethics and Transparency of the Pharmaceutical Industry, and works closely with other departments such as medical affairs, marketing, quality, regulatory affairs, and legal.Develops and implements strategies to minimize the risk of non-compliance and is flexible to visit other cities to execute monitoring activities in the field and at events.Who you areYou have a valid ID and a Bachelor's Degree in Law, and current professional legal accreditation in the assigned market (Mexico)
