We do our best when we do it together, with respect and humility.**Key Responsibilities**:- Data Management and Analytics- Build and develop complex reports using database management systems- Deliver recommendations to support business decision-making by the identification and interpretation of risk, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.- Identify opportunities for process improvement (e.G., improvements to data management tools)- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop new and unique data-driven solutions using Big Data platforms, creative analytical methods, and data visualization techniques (Data Modeling etc.)- Connect and build pipelines between various data sources- Lead for identifying and interpreting trends as it relates to compliance metric results and benchmarking- Leading Power BI/Power Automate software development, deployment, and maintenance.- Documenting contents in a data warehouse and meta-data storage.- Creating technical documentation and user guides for BI tools and other processes.- Develop, maintain, and improve KPI dashboards in Power BI to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Learning Management System (LMS) & Workday- LMS Subject Matter Expert - responsible for the implementation and deployment of all e-learning courses, creating course assignment profiles and reporting.- Workday - managing global compliance targets in Workday and ensuring that logic and formulas are accurate for proper course assignments.- Collaborate and support Subject Matter Experts with respect to global training records including assignments, tracking, reporting and monitoring
