Overview:
The
**Compliance Data Privacy Intern** is responsible to support department activities such as: understand and register other departments processes (Initial Assessments), execute monitoring activities, internal controls updates and Clean Up activities.
The Compliance department is responsible for assisting the company in the management of compliance risk, collaborate with the different areas to understand and implement the regulatory requirements required by the regulator.
Facilitate the detection, management, communication and information of matters related to compliance for senior management; as well as promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
**Location**: Monterrey, NL
**Time Availiability**: 25 hrs per week
**Responsibilities**:
- Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
- ILM activities
- Data Protection, PIAs and Compliance Inbox
- Monitoring and testing
- Internal and external communications
- Administrative tasks
- AML activities
- Identify patterns trends and potentially suspicious or questionable activities.
Qualifications:
- Active Student in Bachelor degree in administrative fields or related.
**With at least 12 months pior to graduation date.

- Profound research and analytical skills.
- Ability or excursive good judgement and make sound decisions.
- Highly effective communication (both verbal and written).
- Result driving focus.
- MS Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- English and Spanish Fluency.
