**Roles and Responsibilities**- Provide administrative support to the compliance team by managing files, updating compliance documentation, and creating reports.- Review and organize engineering documentation for engineering review.- Assist the engineering team in tracking outstanding documentation needs.- Prepare initial engineering analysis for NERC engineering standards.- Support monthly compliance reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.- Perform evidence file audits, analysis, and updates.- Assist in maintaining and developing policies and procedures.- File and maintain evidence files in a timely manner.- Attend weekly planning sessions (coordination/time zones to be determined).- Manage administrative functions including data entry, report creation, and procedure updates.- Assist managers in the development of relevant updates to existing documentation.- Maintain all electronic files, reports filed documents, etc. related to compliance activities.- Perform spot checks of business unit controls, and analyze and present results.**Preferred Experience**- Ability to edit and create documentation accurately and concisely.- Familiarity with project agreements & material terms.- Experience with regulatory compliance or other reporting.- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.**Required Qualification & Education**- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 3 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.**Required Skills & Competencies**- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.**Preferred Skills & Competencies**- Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.- Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
