Company Description**Job Description**:- Manage Customs brokers & logistics partners including QBR and scorecards- Manage month end & quarter end support- Develop metrics reports for upper management- Develop and deliver results against freight cost targets through continuous improvement, contract management, and network management- Create pro-forma invoices and commercial invoices, pack list, certificate of origin and other trade documents as needed for cross-border shipments (Ensure all import/export paperwork meets trade compliance requirements.- Ensure compliance with U.S. MX and other country customs local regulations and programs for expedited clearance.- Works with Maquila to ensure transformation requirements are met.- Point of contact with customs and participating Government Agencies (PGA)- Advise on governmental and legal issues regarding trade compliance including, but not limited to, section 301 of Trade Act, Country of Origin, substantial transformation, free trade agreements.- Works with all subsidiaries and internal parties on Customs issues on global basis with focus on North America, EMEA and APAC- Oversee the documentation and recordkeeping for all international shipments- Responsible for HTS classification confirmation, tariff country of origin classification and end user screening process- Maintain relationships with all transportation suppliers and deal with any claims or other issues- Lead and support logistics team members for all locations.- Responsible for the oversight of efficient routing of all shipments through our global routing guide- Analyze current routing and transportation spend for cost improvement- Review and approve all freight costs as needed; own analytics and reporting for transportation and duty spend across the network.- Monitor Outside Warehouses containing components, equipment.- Set up and maintain Arista Mexico to import non production employee equipment- Provide track and trace support**Qualifications**:- Expertise in supply chain /Logistics functions: Logistics and trade compliance.- 5+ years of experience in transportation between MX and US trucking, international transportation and customs management- Comprehensive experience managing Customs Brokers & freight forwarders in Mexico- Extensive experience with US/Mexico imports & export of networking equipment, Extensive knowledge of HS & ECCN classifications of high-tech products- broad knowledge of overall import/export regulations Americas, EMEA & APAC regions- Experience & mastery of using technical platforms & ERP systems- Must be authorized to work in MexicoAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
