**The Role**
**What **will I be doing?**
- Ensure Clip's compliance of any industry related regulation, certification, or requirement, working with the internal teams to avoid delays or obtain the required exceptions on time.
- Coordinate the efforts to be on compliance as committed and provide monthly status reports to the leadership team.
- Check that the certifications are valid and reach agreements with the regulators to be on time, according to the objectives established by the company.
- Collaborate with areas who need information about compliance when needed.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violations.
- Support with the education and training of employees on regulations and industry practices.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience with the financial industry practices and professional standards.
- Certification in money laundry, Anti-bribery
- CNBV's compliance officer certification.
- Proficient English is required
- Deep understanding of standards and certifications of compliance.
- Understanding of the business model of the Compliance Proven negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or Bribery).
- Familiarity with the financial industry practices and professional standards.
