**The role**

The Infra team, among other matters, is focused on growing Multiplier's entity footprint by establishing a new entity and partner networks to provide a seamless experience to our customers. The team ensures and enables smooth business operations across various functions. This role requires researching potential new countries to establish an entity and making it serviceable to begin commercial operations. Another key role is to handle compliance for the global entities and ensure their good standing state.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up entities globally including incorporation, tax registration, enabling banking infra etc. and ensuring entities are ready to commence business.
- Efficient maintenance of entities' details and documents in the entity management tool/ internal drive and making them available to internal/external stakeholders as and when required.
- Manage compliance for global entities by maintaining a compliance calendar and tracking it regularly.
- Handle and run compliance programmes internally to strengthen the governance mechanism of the group.
- Providing critical project execution support to the Infra team and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
- Day-to-day management of project tasks, deadlines and deliverables contributing to continuous progress and completion of milestones.
- Continuous learning and building of process and policy knowledge through highly effective communication, documentation and process adherence.
- Document all key aspects of the entity and do the required knowledge management to the business operations team
- Multi-tasking across projects and jurisdictions guided by strategic goals and tactical priorities.
- Proactively identifying process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborating towards improved and more productive workflow. Research the latest entity management technology and best practices on corporate governance and automate internal processes.

**Key requirements**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international expansion, entity creation, global compliance, corporate secretarial, new market entry, project management, corporate legal, or paralegal roles in global work environments.
- Has strong project management skills.
- Prior experience in international expansion, compliance management, and corporate secretarial roles are a good to have skillset
- Be a strong team player and collaborator flexible to navigate across a variety of topics and tasks. This would be a strong individual contributor role.
- Be detail-oriented, solutions-focused and facilitate task clarity and completeness.
- Be highly collaborative and yet independent in creatively unblocking challenges and
finding alternatives.
- A strong interest in documentation, process, knowledge sharing and effective
Communication.
- Paralegal or corporate legal background, understanding of the legal entities structure, stakeholder management and government regulations is good to have skills but not necessary Strong communication skills.
