If you are swift to action, confident to lead, willing to collaborate, and curious about what science can do, then you're our kind of person._**Accountabilities**Perform the 2nd line monitoring based on the annual planning of compliance assuranceProvide support to develop and implement the corrective actions based on the issues resulted from supervising.Implements and maintains an effective compliance program (including support for monitoring, auditing, investigations, assurance reporting etc.) in in the MCs based on the global & regional planSupport driving and embedding a culture of ethics and integrityMaintain professional & effective collaboration with Business Partner that guarantee high level of assurance provided to MC and Audit CommitteeRecord and report all monitoring activities accordingly**Essential Skills and Experience**- Qualified professional - **compliance**, law, **audit (internal **or external), internal controls, risk advisory services, etc.- ** Spanish (desirable) and english (required)**:- Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills- Strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills- Strong understanding of processes and controls- Deep business understandingBe welcomed into our diverse community, where every voice is important, and we're united by a local sense of belonging.
