DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and frameworks across the LATAM, Middle East, and North Africa regions.- Monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Policy Drafting, reviewing and updating compliance-related policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are well-communicated and understood across the organization.- Conducting and support compliance investigations, including gathering and analyzing data, interviewing relevant parties, and preparing investigation reports.- Assisting in the resolution of compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.- Developing and delivering compliance training programs to employees in the LATAM, Middle East, and North Africa regions.- Supporting the creation and dissemination of compliance communications, including newsletters, alerts, and updates.- Participating in compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.- Assisting in the development and implementation of plans to mitigate identified risks.- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, including investigations, training sessions, and policy updates.- Prepare regular reports for management on compliance matters and trends.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the LATAM, Middle East, or North Africa regions.- Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the regions supported are a plus.- Strong understanding of international compliance standards, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
