This position provides support to the Compliance Quality Assurance team by assisting in the overall performance of the Quality Assurance Program in the Americas. Supports the department's growth of ensuring operational compliance with regulatory obligations. Is responsible for identifying gaps and inefficiencies in policies and procedures within the compliance department. Will assess the impact of inefficiencies and provide recommendations to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure gaps and inefficiencies are addressed promptly.- ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Conduct quality assurance analysis over compliance department's AML/BSA, OFAC, Sanctions, Consumer Protection, and Regulatory Affairs programs- Document business protocols, conduct review meetings, test supporting documentation, and reportoverall assessment of program effectiveness and efficiency- Proactively work through deficiencies or gaps that arise during quality assurance analysis with theprocess owners and effectively communicate major issues or concerns directly to the QualityAssurance Manager- Analyze and consolidate quality assurance results into period based reports for compliancemanagement- Maintain oversight of remediation plans and, if needed, project manage high priority remediationefforts- Responsible for maintaining quality assurance remediation log and project management ofremediation efforts- Qualifications- BA/BS Degree (or High School Diploma with minimum one year experience in AML/BSA compliance oroperational auditing); - Basic knowledge of testing and quality assurance standards, processes and techniques; - Strong written and oral communication skills; - Fluency in English andSpanish; - Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priority and deadlines; - Excellent organization, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meetdeadlines/commitments; - Experience in Project Management, preferred; and- Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
