Compliance Representative

The Compliance Associate will assist the Compliance team in set up, filing and testing of all raw materials and finished products ensuring they are meeting all compliance requirements for international regulations inclusive of CPSIA, REACH and California Proposition 65.- Assist compliance team to ensure that all products requiring regulatory testing are complete and approved before production ships.- Tracking ETD dates in association with test requests to ensure all runs on calendar.- Adjust testing requests to updates received on product line from sales.- Generation and storing of GCC and COC Compliance certificates based on regulations for each product category for apparel, accessories, trims and raw materials as requested.- File and store the compliance certificates and all associated test reports in an organized library, and in Volcom database/PLM.- Scheduling of inspections on finished POs before goods ship to ensure quality.- Schedule social audits with 3rdparty provider.- Filing signed documents as assigned from vendors within the vendor library.- Other duties as assigned**Salary**: $5,200.00 per week**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Regulatory Compliance: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English 85% - 95% (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 15/01/2024
