Job Description:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Control and management of system Annex 24 and Annex 30.- Support and coordinate program requirements of C-TPAT, OEA.- Ensures Compliance IMMEX / PROSEC / VAT Certificate /Rule 8TH.- Responsible for prepare and request the necessary permits to ensure operation and compliance. (Rule 8th, FTA certificate, Renewals, B10, Automatic notices etc.)- Control of the documentation of any process related to IMMEX operations.- Import-Export Record-Keeping Compliance.- Support in the administration of Fixed Assets.- Assists in Scrap process and Change of Regime.- Validate HTS classifications.- Provide guidance and training to team members by answering questions on any specific work-related issues.- Monthly reports, risk analysis and corrections plan and establish measurable objectives and KPI's
Main job-specific requirements / skills:
- Management of Annex 24 ( ZOE, Iexport, Arancel, others.)- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system.- Knowledge of Mexican Rules and Regulations for IMMEX/CIVA.- Knowledge of requirements and certifications of C-TPAT, OEA.- Must have a strong understanding of business, trading practices, laws, mathematics and great communication skills.
