As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate training sessions and maintain attendance records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.Collect and organize information to meet Headquarters (HQ) compliance requirements efficiently.Guarantee timely reporting of Compliance Key Controls, accompanied by adequate supporting documentation.Continuously evaluate legal and regulatory updates affecting the organization, tracking relevant media coverage.Review publications regularly to remain informed about regulatory and standards changes.Update internal policies to reflect new legal standards or judicial rulings.Assist the Compliance Officer in planning and delivering training for new hires, coordinating workshops as required.Collaborate with diverse business units to provide essential training, promoting an integrity-focused culture.Address inquiries from stakeholders related to compliance and conduct investigations, as necessary.Maintain communication channels, ensuring all compliance issues are registered and appropriately followed up.Translate compliance-related documents proficiently from English to Spanish and vice versa.Ensure translated materials are clear and accessible to all employees, overcoming language barriers.Draft and design internal communications in accordance with the annual Compliance Communication Plan.Ensure all communications comply with guidelines established by the Compliance Officer.Support ad hoc projects to assist the Compliance Specialist in achieving compliance goals.Identify and report any compliance procedure failures immediately, documenting all findings for future reference.Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Preferred +3-years' experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar domain.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with proven translation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously.As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
